ELECTRICITY AND HOME HEATING:​

​LIHEAP is a federal program that provides assistance to eligible low-income households to manage and meet their immediate home heating and/or cooling needs.  For more information about this program, including income guidelines, please visit the California Department of Community Services and Development website. 

UTILITY ASSISTANCE SERVICES

The application packet must be completed in full and submitted to the Del Norte Senior Center along with copies of all utility bills, proof of income and identification for all household members.  Completed applications and documentation may be mailed to or dropped off at the Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531.  Drop-Off hours are weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  If you need assistance completing the application or have additional questions about the program, you may call (707) 464-3069 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

LOCAL WEATHERIZATION SERVICES

Our weatherization program has been suspended during the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders currently in effect for California.
