Senior Nutrition Program Cook.

The Del Norte Senior Center is accepting applications for a cook for its Senior Nutrition Program.  Under the general supervision of the Nutrition Director, the position is responsible for preparing daily meals for the Senior Nutrition Program according to dietary requirements and for supervising kitchen staff and volunteers. All work must be performed according to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, Division 1.8, California Department of Aging, Chapter 3, Article 5; Area 1 Agency on Aging (A1AA) policies and procedures; and all other applicable state and federal regulations. The position is expected to work closely with the consultant dietitian contracted by the Del Norte Senior Center.
